Beautiful Hometown (I) ——Food

    At the beginning of the new semester, the students of Tourism English class I shared the delicious food and famous tourist attractions of their hometown. They come from all over the country. Let's follow their lens to taste, visit, and enjoy the charm of English together.
   
    Wang Ying（王盈） introduced Lingshui Sour Rice-Noodles to us. It is a special snack of Hainan Province. It is sour, spicy, sweet and fragrant, with rich seasonings, delicious and memorable. It is also an intangible cultural heritage of Hainan Province.
    The focus of Sour Rice-Noodles is marinade, and the most difficult part is also the marinade. If we get a chance, let’s try the delicious food with rich materials and a long history.


   
    Wang Yuting（王玉婷） showed us the Wenchang chicken to us, another Hainan delicacy that focuses on dipping. But the chicken in this dish is quite special. This dish is made with local chicken from Wenchang. The chicken in Wenchang is a specialty of the city and also a national geographic symbol of China. High-end ingredients are often cooked in the simplest way. Wenchang chicken can be boiled to achieve a tender taste. Is your mouth watering? You might as well try this famous Hainan dish.
